From working on a farm to working on a home, it was always about fixing things right. This has always been my upmost desire whether building, writing or training, to do it right was important. I have spent years working on industry standards and know that doing something right doesn't mean it can only have one methodology.
With every home I go into, making sure that what is there is serviceable to the prospective buyer is important. I 'tsk' a lot, I touch everything and give it a shake, and in the end I report exactly what I find.

Why we do this...
Unless you are a first time home purchaser, in the past you had a prospective purchase inspected. You may or may not have been happy with the experience. Through moving around some inspections have been good, some not so good. Our goal is to eliminate the not so good inspections that leave you the buyer needing more information for your decision.
