This service is provided to Renters who want the condition of the rental unit documented prior to moving in.  This protects the Renter from deductions to the Damage Deposit for damages that were not caused by the Renter.  The cost is a fraction of the total Damage Deposit and could save the Renter from any deductions.  Written report with photos and video provided the same day.

Larger homes with developed space between 2400ft² - 4000ft²

These larger homes require additional time to give them the attention they deserve and you the information you require.  Most are complex with either additional facilities and HVAC systems to examine.  Each 1000ft² in addition to 4000ft² incurs a $100 fee to cover additional time spent on the grounds.
